You can book individual classes for yourself or a small group of friends. I offer a variety of options be it aerial dance, aerial yoga, strength training, yoga or gentler movement classes there will be something for you.

Hatha Yoga

Balance & Focus

Yoga classes are aimed at all levels of ability. You do not need to be strong or flexible to do yoga, it'll come ine time.

Work on breath, strength, focus, balance, felxibility and relaxation.

A fitness class of the ground. using the hammock we work on core, back, arm and leg strength.

Lean to hula round your hip and waist, find new uses for the hoop in exercise.

Get to know the Lyra and the trapeze. Learn their similarity to the hammock and the differences. 

Learn the basics of inversion and transitioning and improve your strength and flexibility while at it.
